A repair person came to install a new modem and upgrade our service. Since he couldn't upgrade as per his supervisor he disconnected our service. The disconnect took place at 6 pm which is when you can no longer get any help with from a service person until 8 am on Monday. I made four phone calls, yes four, because they would hang up. I talked to a gentleman with chickens in his house, another woman with screaming children.

After two hours. I gave up. On Monday at 8 am I called again. Have been hung up on twice. Have made four phone calls. Repeat the answers to the same questions over each time. They ask for a call back number in case you get disconnected, no one has called back yet. At the moment I have been on the phone for 2 hours and thirty minutes.
