What is everlasting love meaning

Love can come from anywhere, from anyone, at any time. By reducing our conception of love to a single expression we do it and ourselves a disservice.

Love is such a hard word to define because there are so many different types and degrees of love. The people you love today may not be the same people you love tomorrow. Eternal love is not the only kind of love there is.

Love is not something to be monopolized by two people but something to be shared with everyone. What is everlasting love? Love is to just love. It means nothing to expect anything in return. It is to make others feel comfortable, happy and stable no matter what.

Love is to about to never say sorry. Hollywood has given us some of the greatest love story movies of our time like The Notebook, P. I Love You amongst others. It is indeed important to have a long lasting love.

When was the last time you experienced long-lasting happiness when you had a crush on someone? It never happens. When you have a crush, you stay upbeat and happy for the time being and then gradually it fades away.

Things around you will change and you suddenly will enjoy every bit of your day, with that person or with the thought of that person. We all know that relationship goes through ups and downs but not many are ready to cherish this and accept it as a part of life. However, not many understand like your relationship, even sex goes through various stages. It is passionate in the start and then post-parenthood it stretches and later in the years it happens seldom.

For you being with your partner matters than anything else. No two individuals are the same. Sadly, not many are able to understand this when they get in a relationship. However, the thing is different when someone is in everlasting love. They understand this and accept the person even if they have certain differences.

They are madly in love anyway. Thankfully, the Bible with all its wisdom offers clarity. Love is mentioned a plethora of times throughout Scripture. In the King James Version, the word appears times! If emphasis is the reason for repetition, then we know that the Bible places great value on love. With all of its appearances, love takes on different meanings when mentioned. The word is used to describe various relationships, whether that is our relationship to God, others, ourselves, or even our relationship to earthly possessions.

Thus we can conclude, according to the Bible, love seems to operate in many directions. The Bible offers much thought to defining the complex term, describing love in so many different ways and so many times.

The reason love appears so frequently is because of its importance. In fact, the greatest aspects of the Christian faith is love.

In Matthew 22 , Jesus was asked by a Pharisee what the greatest commandment was and Jesus gave an easy answer. The first commandment was to love God. And the second was to love others as we love ourselves. No wonder the word appears so often. By sharing love with God and others we live out the life of a Christian, doing what Jesus commanded. Many Christians cite sharing the gospel as their main calling. That can be a part of love, but does not fully define love in itself. While we are called to live lives of love toward God and others, the magnitude by which God loves us happens before we can love Him, and happens on a much greater scale.

They can find their home in Him. He is their father.
