All 3 items needed are dropped by NPCs, there is one on each of the 3 horde type boats in the area. Click on it to send it up in the air, then stand underneath it as it falls to bounce it up again.

The position you connect with the ball does effect the direction it bounces, to make sure to keep it away from going in the water. I found as long as I used the camera overhead, looking directly down, this was pretty easy. The southsea sailors drop the Flagons of Doublerum, the Tankards of Grog are clickable items scattered around 2 of the ships and the Keg of Pirate Ale is on the 3rd, near the main mast. Rewards: Rigging Rope Garbage Fishing You do need to have learned Fishing to do this quest, but any skill should be sufficient and you can fish from your free boat to make it easy.

You just need to fish up various grey items like Old Skull from the Floating Garbage pools around the Turtles. Reward: Waxy Reeds Also, you will need to fish up 20 Submarine Tar from Submarine Tar pools left behind by the big goblin submarine patrolling the area. The pools appear behind the submarine quite regularly, often in multiples. They last for about a minute before despawning, so just fish as many Tars as you can from each and chase the submarine again.

It's easiest just to ignore these and move on to the next spawn. Once you have all the parts, you can combine them to create the final reward for this micro-holiday: Small Boat. Using this it is NOT consumed grants the 10 minute buff Boating which can be used on any continent, including the Broken Isles.

Comment by kroolini If like me you're not that thrilled about the item you get, here's another challenge you can focus on: glitching inside the submarine without getting teleported out. The way I managed to do it is flying on a small mount one or two meters above sea level, in front of the sub, but off to the side. Comment by Ezmaralda Personally I was non-plussed by this Holiday.

It sucks. Comment by lisakaps Regarding the part where different races spawn different boats, it would be definitely more interesting to have a Suramar Gondola for Nightbornes instead of a common boat Comment by Spindoolu The item we get with this event is seriously awesome. Very usefull in Kul Tiras, sometimes quicker than taking a flight.

Wish it were permanent Comment by Dagnet Anyone knows what happens when you get the 20 boats together and start a boat party? Comment by Lunux For those wondering, none of the Allied Races have their own unique boat for the event. Thousand Boat Bash is a micro-holiday coming with Patch 7. You will get a small, race-specific boat once you enter the event portion of the zone.

The ability to make the boat is called [Shipwrighting] and can be started with any of the ingredients:. Post away! Log in , it's free! User Info: akuma akuma 10 years ago 1 I tried Googling it and didn't get anything relevant. I tried going from Dustwallow Marsh, from Mudsprocket and down, they had some signs with arrows pointing and it lead to some kind of wooden platform with a big light, kind of like they have on lighthouses.

I waited for a while and nothing ever showed up. I just know I did this once before with a human but I can't for the life of me remember how I got to that big ship where all the quests are in 1K Needles.
